Code of Conduct

By joining Si-G, every member (patriot) agrees to be bound by the movement's code of conduct. Members are also bound by any other amendments that may be announced on Si-G's prescribed platforms from time to time.

Any member who commits any of the following offenses is not a patriot therefore automatically ceases to be a member of Si-G:

i. Willful breach of the constitution of Zimbabwe
ii. Sexual harassment
iii. Racial or sexual discrimination
iv. Fraud in the name of the movement
v. Deliberate misappropriation of funds meant for the movement's programs
vi. Fraudulent soliciting of funds or resources in the name of the movement
vii. Factionalism and physical violence against fellow patriots
viii. Actions that put the name of the movement into disrepute
ix. Gross misrepresentation or distortion of facts to or about the movement
x. Deliberate spreading of false rumors or accusations against fellow patriots
xi. Designing, printing or distribution of illegal material in the name of the movement

Communication

Communication will only be done by the appointed spokespersons for the relevant Chapters (Communities) to:
  1. Notify relevant government institutions of intended meetings, gathering or action.
  2. Communicate any grievances to government institutions or private organizations in their respective communities
  3. Organize meetings and collective action in line with the constitution of Zimbabwe
  4. Express people’s grievances in non-violent and non-provocative ways.
Any letters must be signed off, with the Chapter (Community) and contact numbers clearly stated.

Sybeth Musengezi

President and Patriot in Command

Leadership

The movement is currently led by the President and Patriot in Command Sybeth Musengezi, who shall appoint the National and provincial Executive Committees from time to time. Chapters (Communities) may select their own leadership using guidelines to be provided.

Appointments

Only the President and Patriot in Command shall have the powers to appoint all members of the National and Provincial Executive Councils. These members shall be responsible for the appointment of their downstream executive members. Only the President and Patriot in Command shall have the powers to dismiss or re-appoint any member(s) of the National and Provincial Executive Councils. Members of the National and provincial Executive Committees shall also be responsible for the dismissal or re-appointment of their downstream executive members.

Dispute Resolution

All civil matters shall be handled by the respective disciplinary committees and no member has a right to appeal or sue Si-G through any courts of law. All appeals should be internal and Si-Gs decision is final.

Only the President and Patriot in Chief and appointed legal persons shall have the right to sue any member in a court of law on civil issues that concern Si-G.
